Amber Alert Issued for 2 Year Old

On Friday August 12, 2011 an Amber Alert was issued for 2-year-old Madeline Samanna-Fay. The FBI believe she was abducted by her father, Mourad “Moni” Samaan, who is a 49 year old U.S. citizen born in Egypt. They also believe that the child’s life may be in danger due to the circumstances being “particularly concerning”. Madeline was last seen five days before the Amber Alert was issued in Sacramento, California around 9 a.m. She has brown hair and brown eyes, weighs about 28 pounds and is 2 feet, 8 inches tall. Mr. Samaan, the suspect, is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs around 160 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes, and he is known to drive a green Toyota 4Runner with a California tag. The FBI is working on the case along with other law enforcements and request that the public call (916) 481-9110 if they have any information.
