Lindsay Lohan Sues E-Trade

I am sure that you have all heard about how Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade for the use of the name, Lindsay. Portraying the baby named Lindsay as a milkaholic.

Celebrity lawyer Daniel Horowitz says that the use of the word milkaholic is obviously meant to poke fun at lindsays personal problems with drinking a bit too much “milk”.

What do you think? When you saw this commercial, did Lindsay Lohan even cross your mind???

Or do you think that Lohan is being a bit of a baby, no pun intended.
