Puberty in Boys

Puberty in boys is the time in your life when you start to become a young man. As your body goes through a lot of changes you may have sudden growth spurts. Your body is changing mentally and physically. Most boys start puberty around the ages of 10 through 15. Hormones cause your body to grow and change from a child to an adult.
Some of the changes may include; oily hair, acne, body odor, weight gain, growth spurts, deeper voice, and emotional changes.
Some things you can do to help manage these changes during puberty are;
wash your face daily, take showers every day, use gels and creams to clear up pimples, start shaving , wear deodorant to avoid body odor, wash your hair daily to prevent oily hair, and exercise
