Week 1
Your body and pregnancy: Your first week is actually your menstrual period. This time is counted towards your EDD (estimated due date) even though you haven’t conceived yet. You should make sure that you stay away from the things that would be harmful to your baby such as drinking, smoking and using drugs. You should also talk to your doctor about any prescription drugs you are taking to see if they would be harmful to your baby. Also make sure that you maintain a proper diet of vitamins, especially folic acid.
