Week 35
Your body: Make sure you plan to have someone available to help you after your delivery. You don’t want to do too much too soon. You may also want to start stocking up with food and catch up on your sleep. You should be visiting your doctor more frequently and be tested before you go into labor: Group B strep, non-stress tests, and manual checks for cervical effacement (thinning) and dilation.

Baby: Your baby is starting to develop sleeping patterns and it doesn’t matter whether it’s night or day!
