Your body: Have your bags packed and ready by the door. Make sure you have everything you are going to need to make yourself comfortable in the hospital and also everything you will need to bring your baby home. In false labor, the contractions are irregular and can be very painful. True labor contractions happen at a regular pace and become more and more frequent and intense. Your Braxton Hicks contractions are more frequent and intense. To induce labor naturally, you and your partner may have intercourse or nipple stimulation. The fluid in the amniotic sac has increased from one drop to one liter. The placenta has grown to about seven inches in diameter and weighs about one to two pounds.
