Week 7
Your body: Week Seven of your pregnancy is about the same as week six. You will probably be feeling most of the same symptoms as before and you will probably be feeling them for a while to come. It is very important that you watch what you eat during this time. You have to remember that whatever you get, the baby gets. Make sure to eat plenty of healthy foods and avoid sugary and fatty foods. Also make sure to drink plenty of fluids. By this time, you have probably started to gain weight, but some women may not.
Baby: Your baby is now starting to show facial features, such as the eyes and mouth. The babys muscle system is also developing and is starting to move around a bit. Also, the heart has divided into the left and right chambers and the primary airways have been developed in the lungs.
